72-Hour Kit Snack Deal

Subject: (Use this one) Granola bars coupon will expire this week & catch this deal on Oatmeal‏

This coupon is for the Sunbelt granola bars found at Wal-Mart.  They are by the bread not the cereals.  They run $2.00 for a box of 8. With this Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon, they would be $1.00 a box.  Since this is a PDF file, you can save it and print it as many times as you like!  Great to refresh or begin your 72 hour kits and snack supply.  Wal-mart has a limit of 40 coupons in 1 transaction so use them on as many boxes as you’d like in one shopping trip. The coupon expires 2/18/2010. (Print in black & white to save ink!)

Also, if you receive more than 1 copy of the Sunday coupons, look for the Quaker Oats coupon from this past Sunday insert (Feb 7th).  It’s $1.00 off any box of Quaker Instant Oatmeal (the boxes with packets).  Combine it with Targets buy 5 boxes and get a $5.00 gift card.  The price per box is $2.57 each.  When you use the coupon for $1.00 off and you receive essentially $1.00 back after purchase, you actually pay as little as $.57 per box of 8 for boxes of flavored oats or 12 packets of the origional.  Your out of pocket (OOP) will be $7.85. Another 72 hour kit winner!

By the way… Walmarts price on the same boxes would be $2.00 so even without the coupon it would be a good price @ $1.57 a box.

Do a Ctrl+PrtSc on your keyboard to copy the coupon below for printing.  Paste it in a WORD document, cut it out and use it.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Be sure and tell the people you love just how much they mean to you.  You never know what each new day brings.  Life is fragile and never maintains the status quo’.  Let them know that you appreciate them while they are still around.  Tell them every day, several times a day, how much you love them.  It’s very inexpensive and means more than all the bouquets in the world.

Census Savvie

This is a pretty interesting video on what we can expect the upcoming census takers to ask us, and what actual rights they have to gain personal/private data. The video may take a few minutes to load. Leave the window open and go get a drink of water!  If it still doesn’t load for viewing, open a new window with the link below…
